Daddy Doula - Day 1 Childbirth Education Class This is DAY 1 of your journey as a father. This is your opportunity to prepare yourself for the birth of your child and learn to support your partner through pregnancy, labor and the beginning stages of motherhood. Overall this course is designed to prepare you for your journey into and throughout fatherhood.

This course will cover the following…
Pregnancy: The 1st, 2nd & 3rd Trimester
Birth: Partnership & Support
Beyond: The First 12 Months of Fatherhood

Daddy Doula - Day 1 Advanced/ Couples Class Discuss in detail the "small stuff" that you are thinking or worrying about. In addition to the class, you will receive further support and resources to help foster your family's ideal birth. This is a great refresher option for returning fathers. Share and discover questions and issues from other couples just like you. The Couples class is designed to help New Fathers and Mothers plan for their birth and discuss topics and concerns that they may have during the childbirth experience.

Project Paintball Where Fathers Grow and the Colorado Cobras are in association with The Michael Goffredo Foundation servicing the community with projects that produce long-lasting benefits. Project Paintball mentors troubled and at risk youth in and around the Denver area through the sport of paintball. Thanks to sponsorship assistance and local support, the Colorado Cobras are able to impact local area teens from our surrounding communities. We are asking for donations of $50 to sponsor local youth through the program. We appreciate the time and support!
