Our Founder

With the help of my family, Daddy Doula, LLC., was founded in 2007. I committed myself to providing new fathers with accurate childbirth information and hope to empower new dads in their transition into fatherhood.

Father to an energetic daughter, Laven, and husband to a brilliant and beautiful wife, Michelle, I feel blessed to have lived in Colorado my whole life. Michelle and I first met as students of Colorado State University and later reconnected in Denver where we married and gave birth to Laven in the fall of 2006.

I created Daddy Doula and Day 1 with a mission to increase the confidence of expectant new dads by providing accurate and easy to learn childbirth information. Through in-depth research and extensive experience, Daddy Doula, helps new dads make informed decisions to fit their own parenting styles and personalities.

When I can steal time for myself I enjoy a little XBox, snowboarding, paintballing, golfing and art. My favorite place to spend time with my family is the Denver Zoo or the Denver Aquarium.
